1. Introduction
This document sets out the Terms and Conditions for using the services of TurboCode Hub, as well as our Privacy Policy explaining how we collect and handle your data. By using our website or any of our services, you agree to both sections of this document.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, including website development, SEO services, social media management, and digital marketing, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Services We Provide

All services are delivered according to the agreed proposal, scope of work, or project brief.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
Ensure all content you supply complies with applicable Indian laws and does not infringe any third‑party rights.
Provide necessary access to hosting, analytics, social media accounts, or advertising platforms as required.
Make payments on time in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Delays or omissions on your part may result in project delays or additional costs, for which TurboCode Hub is not liable.
5. Fees and Payment
All quotations are estimates based on the initial scope and may change if the scope is revised.
Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the project fee is payable in advance, and the remaining 50% on completion or at agreed milestones.
Payments are to be made via agreed methods (such as bank transfer, UPI, or payment gateway).
Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month and may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes; you are responsible for any GST or other statutory levies under Indian law.
6. Intellectual Property
TurboCode Hub retains ownership of all pre‑existing intellectual property, including code libraries, templates, and tools used to deliver services.
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the final deliverables (such as websites, graphics, campaign creatives, and reports) for your business.
You retain ownership of content you provide to us (such as logos, brand assets, and text).
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our deliverables without our prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non‑public information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, campaign data, or technical details, and to use such information only for the purpose of providing or receiving services.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
We will provide services with reasonable skill and care, in line with industry standards.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as particular SEO rankings, follower counts, or sales volumes, which depend on third‑party platforms and market conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
TurboCode Hub’s total liability arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice.
We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you materially breach these Terms (including non‑payment or unlawful use of deliverables).
On termination, you must pay for all services performed up to the effective termination date. Any advance amounts for unperformed work may be adjusted or forfeited as per the service agreement.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
